Most users who have used cPanel know that EasyApache was a great system for easily compiling different software on a cPanel server. DirectAdmin has something like this that does not come by default but can be added. To add Custom Build to DirectAdmin, do the following:
- Log into SSH as root
- execute this command:
/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/build plugin - Exit
That’s it. Now you can log into DirectAdmin and go to “Extra Features >> Custom Build 2.0”.
